Executive Communication Skills Coaching Half Day Internal One-to-One

CPD Standards Office provider 21679

Whether you have to communicate with "the troops", have a presentation to key stakeholders or business associates, or have a key sales/tender pitch pending, you know that the success of the organisation rests on how you communicate with this critical audience.  Don't leave anything to chance, and make sure that the content and delivery is exactly how you would want to experience it if you were in their shoes.

This one-to-one session can involve general communication/presentation skills, nerve management, and assisting with scripting presentations/talks.  It can also cover stepping back and analysing if the message about to be put out is the right one (e.g. are the audience about to take it the same way as you see/feel it, as their priorities/understanding etc. could be very different to that of the hierarchy)

Whilst this is a 1-to-1 session, it is possible to combine 1 or 2 other people with it if deemed appropriate.
