About Open Dawes Training

It was a battle with nerves that led to the founding of Open Dawes Training.

By overcoming his nerves and building a successful career, where having great public speaking and presentation skills were vital, Chris Dawes was inspired to pass his knowledge on to others and set up the company.

Now we host one-to-one training at our head office in Swindon, or travel to clients across Wiltshire, Bristol, Bath, Oxfordshire, the South West and South Wales – in fact, throughout the UK.

Our team are dedicated to helping you to become a great public speaker or presenter, whether you are a complete beginner or an amateur wanting to improve.

Our programmes are created from our unique mix of expertise in business and the media – at Open Dawes, we have the edge to help you or your employees have the edge.

More about our founder, Chris Dawes

Chris Dawes would never have believed that by conquering the nerves, and finetuning his ability to give business presentations (and training sales teams to do the same) he would land a dream role.

Because Chris’s other passion is motorsports, and he still can’t quite believe that he’s paid to commentate on his favourite sport, be a Master of Ceremony at a wide variety of events, and present on TV and Radio. Chris is also a voiceover artist – so you may have heard him even if you’ve not yet met him. Follow the link to find out a bit more about Chris and his other life as a commentator .

Chris’s story shows that anything is possible. So, if you aspire to be a confident public speaker or need presenter training, the team at Open Dawes are here to help.

Speaking confidently in front of others may open doors you don’t even know exist! Why not get in touch for a chat today.
