Internal Contracts for Public Speaking, Presentation Skill & Communication Training

What is your organisation's training strategy for public speaking, presentation skills, and effective presence and communication skills in meetings?

CPD Standards Office provider 21679

Whether members of your organisation need to stand up and give presentations to customers, colleagues, people they report to, or people who report to them; or whether their active participation in meetings to gain on their knowledge/experience needs to be encouraged and improved; investing in communication soft skills is an investment that should not be overlooked.  The benefits will be experienced by, and from, all levels of the organisation's hierarchy when their confidence, skills, and willingness to speak up and share their knowledge, skill sets, and experiences, is encouraged and fine tuned.

Being adept at speaking in public isn’t vital only for people who stand up and give presentations. It’s a necessary skill for anyone who has to communicate with others, be that in a professional, educational, group, media, sports, or social situation.

And good public speaking isn’t just about fine-tuning what you do at the front with a microphone. It is also about effective communication and presence in meetings. Great public speaking skills give you the edge over others – even in cases where they have more knowledge or a stronger message. If they don’t present as well as you do, you gain the advantage.

Our courses are created from a unique mix of expertise in business, social, and media presenting/speaking, rather than just one or the other. This gives us the edge to help you have the edge - no matter what your requirement or motivation.

Typical Course Structure

The contracts are based on either 6 or 12-month terms and provide three different levels of commitment.  The contract option is more suitable and cost effective for larger potential candidates count (i.e. more than 10 to be included), to cater for new starters/graduates/apprentices etc., new requirements/pitches/presentation or speech requirements over time, development/progress/promotional interviews and the like, and/or ongoing "soft skills" development strategy investment.
