How do you feel in the situations shown in these photographs? How do you come across? How important do you think these situations are?

Well, only you can answer the first two questions (but the common answers are not positive...), but the answer to the third questions is: VITAL!

We would all like to think that we can do our talking in the car, but your interaction with the media, sponsors (secured or potential), fans, and team members will have an incredible bearing on chances of achieving goals with regards to a racing career. Far too many careers have not reached their potential and deserved heights as a result of not investing time and interaction with those around them, or even investing in themselves and not just their driving/race skills.

We start with WHY, because once the perception of its importance is fully aligned it is easier to know where to put your efforts and will push you to do so. If we appreciate the potential outcome, we will always be more prepared to do something.

• Media give you and your sponsors exposure, and you never know who is watching, listening, or reading!
• Sponsors provide the necessary finances to facilitate your next race and exposure to others.
• Fans promote you and your sponsors, even when you are asleep!! Photographs, videos, words posted and shared on Social media increases the scope of awareness of YOU! And your sponsors will be emblazoned all over the photos/videos being shared throughout the world! And who is to say that the next fan you speak to couldn't be a sponsor, facilitate a Pro/Am race, employ you, etc.
• Team members who have a relationship with you will always do more for you, and can always lead on to future opportunities.

Then we move onto HOW. And suffice to say, our view is most definitely NOT about turning you into something that you are not, or creating a robot! It is about unlocking the REAL YOU for us all to interact with! Every one of those listed above wants to know the real you, the real emotions you are feeling, and get inside this person that we put on a pedestal for doing something that we are in awe of and wish we could do. Do we hate the fact that a beautiful rose has horrible thorns, or do we love that horrible thorns have beautiful roses on them? So we want to hear from the inner and non-corporate you! Warts and all!

Never forget the young version of you walking around a paddock or pit lane! How much did it mean when a driver smiled and spoke to you?
